Established and led the Innovation Engine / NBD platform for Leading Chemical and Basic Materials Companies (20+ new ideas/projects with total NPV of $230M-$260M) and Leading Basic Materials Producer (additional $240M in EBITDA in 2019 and 2020). Orchestrated Leading Chemical Company's entry into the Asian Automotive segment, achieving a successful start-up of an upgraded production plant in Singapore (NPV $180M, Capex $90M).
Managed key accounts and contracts in the PO & Derivatives business in Asia, overseeing contracts worth ~$450 million and ~$1 billion. Held P&L accountability for the Asia Pacific C4/C5 business at Leading Chemical Company (Volume ~400 ktpa, Netback ~$280M). Procured feedstock and negotiated contracts for strategic customers.
Spearheaded a 10-person strategy project team tasked with optimizing the supply chain network to support Leading Energy Company's sales and marketing objectives for 2015 in a new market entry country. The project yielded a recurring $10 million in cash flow.
